Subscription Policy
Frāgra Subscription & Cancellation Policy
At Frāgra, we value transparency and flexibility for all of our customers. Our subscription program is designed to deliver uninterrupted access to our luxury fragrance oils while providing simple options for managing your account.
All subscriptions require a minimum active term of thirty (30) days. If you choose to cancel before your first delivery has shipped, you will receive a full refund. However, if you decide to cancel after your first delivery but before the thirty-day term is completed, you will be responsible for the return shipping of any products already delivered and may be charged back for any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date each month. Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel through your Frāgra account. Customers may request to skip a delivery or adjust a delivery date once per billing cycle. Skipped deliveries must be requested before the scheduled billing date.
Annual prepaid subscriptions are available for customers who prefer to secure a full year of fragrance in advance at a discounted rate. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-term, but deliveries can be paused or rescheduled upon request to our customer care team.
All Frāgra diffusers include a one-year limited warranty. Claims within the first three months are eligible for a replacement diffuser of the same model. Claims made between three months and one year will be fulfilled with a refurbished unit.
If your account falls into delinquency due to an invalid or failed payment method, shipments will be paused until the account is brought current. Any overdue balances may incur incidental collection or chargeback fees.
